Persons of at least 21 years old equipped with appropriate driving license valid for a minimum period of 1 year may rent vehicles of A, B, C, D and E group. Renting vehicles of F and H group requires at least a 3-year driving license and age of 25; and J and M group vehicles require at least a 5-year driving license and age of 28 |

Rental Period |
| |
At least 1 day. For delays exceeding 3 hours, a full-day price; for delays up to 3 hours, 1/5 of the daily rental price on hour basis shall additionally be collected. |

Traffic Fines |
| |
Any sort of liability and fines to arise out of failing to comply with traffic rules shall fully be on the part of the renter. In case of any retention of vehicles for what so ever reason by official and local bodies and authorities, such period of retention shall be deemed to be within the contractual period. |

Terms of Payment |
| |
In case of any damage occurs in our vehicles, the renter is liable to pay the damage up to 4500 for vehicles of A, B, C, D and E group, and up to 7500 for vehicles of
H, J and M group. Liability for damage shall disappear in case the renter pays a daily insurance fund of 5 for vehicles of A, B, C, D and E group, and 10 for vehicles of H, J and M group. Ruptured tyres, broken glass or headlights, stolen spare tyres and cassette players are out of the insurance coverage. Payment of the daily insurance rate of 3 for A, B, C, D and E groups and of 5 for H, J and M groups shall include such damages within insurance coverage.
However the following conditions shall be sought for the insurance to be valid;
The traffic accident report and the alcoholic state conformation should promptly be acquired and forwarded to the nearest Green Car office. The vehicle should not be driven under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or beyond the legal speed limits. Otherwise the person driving the vehicle shall be held liable for all damages. In case of failure to fulfill the insurance fund or in the event the vehicle is stolen, the renter is liable to pay the rental price to accrue until the date of vehicles recovery if it is recovered within 30 days otherwise liable to pay the total price of the vehicle. The vehicle can only be driven by another person provided the identity particulars and driving license of such person be recorded in the rent contract, otherwise the insurance shall be deemed null and invalid. No damage charge shall be inflicted on the renter fully fulfilling the insurance fund and the abovementioned conditions and further found innocent in the accident by the accident report.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the renter shall be liable to fulfill the charge during the period when the vehicle stays at the service.

Individual casualty insurance |
| |
Individual casualty insurance for each additional driver is 3 per day. No third person other than the renter and any second driver if requested whose names are written down in the contract may drive the vehicle. |

Port Baggage |
| |
A port baggage may be assured for 5 per day. Any lost or stolen port baggage will be out of insurance coverage. |

|
Delivery and Leave |
| |
Delivery of the vehicle at provinces where Green Car offices are located as well as airports, seaports, train stations and hotels there within the ordinary business
hours is free of charge. Otherwise, an extra charge of 1 for each kilometer of distance up to the nearest office shall be applied. |

International travels |
| |
Vehicles may not be driven abroad. |

Other Services |
| |
Baby Chair
5 daily for baby chair
50 for driver having foreign language knowledge
5 per hour for services rendered between 19:00 and 24:00.

Taxes |
| |
An 18% of VAT shall be added to all rates. Maintenance prices are excluded from the rates. |
